Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) in the Philippines is seeking a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to oversee technical building operations. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, budget preparation for repairs, and compliance with regulations.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, Property Manager, and Engineering Manager on critical facility projects, perform related tasks, and be willing to work in a commercial facility.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered / Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably 2 years experienced employees specializing in Property / Real Estate / Commercial Facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and common areas with supervisors to ensure proper operation.
• Prepare budget for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Assist the General Manager, Property Manager and Engineering Manager on technical building matters.
• Perform other tasks related to technical aspects of the work.
• Willing to work in a commercial facility.
