Job summary

Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Makati City, Metro Manila, is hiring a Public Attendant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas of our facilities. This full-time role requires proactive cleaning, waste disposal, restocking supplies, and prompt guest service to ensure a welcoming environment.

You will follow health, safety and environmental regulations and work closely with teammates to ensure consistent service delivery across the site.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas.
• Clean and disinfect surfaces and furnishings per protocol.
• Empty and replace waste bins; dispose rubbish properly.
• Perform routine cleaning: mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Restock toiletries and paper products in public facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest cleaning requests.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies inventory.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all public areas including lobbies, corridors, common areas and public restrooms
• Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures and furnishings according to established protocols and company standards
• Empty and replace waste bins, ensuring proper disposal of rubbish and recyclable materials
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and dusting of public spaces
• Report any maintenance issues, damage or safety hazards to management immediately
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products and hand sanitisers in public facilities
• Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning or tidying of public areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting when stock needs replenishment
• Follow all health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to housekeeping operations
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery throughout the facility

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Public Attendant to join the housekeeping team at Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Public Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation of public areas within our facilities. Your work will directly impact the experience of our guests and the professional reputation of our organisation, making this a key position in our hospitality operations.
