Job summary

The Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster is seeking an Officer in Corporate Communications/Media & Community Relations to support media liaison, plan press briefings, and coordinate community engagement activities within HK Island Cluster communications team.

The role requires a university degree in journalism, communications or PR, at least two years of corporate communication experience, and fluency in English and Chinese, with familiarity with social media and AI tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in corporate communication, community relations or mass media.
Familiar with social media and AI tools.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Assist in handling media and community enquiry and request.
Assist in arranging media and community communication programme including press release, press briefing and interview, community visit and gathering.
Assist in monitoring and recording media coverage and feedback on HA and public hospital services.
Perform and execute other corporate communication duties.
