Job summary

The Hospital Authority - Kowloon Central Cluster is seeking an Officer in Corporate Communications/Media & Community Relations to support media liaison, plan press briefings, and coordinate community engagement activities within HK Island Cluster communications team.

The role requires a university degree in journalism, communications or PR, at least two years of corporate communication experience, and fluency in English and Chinese, with familiarity with social media and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate communication, community relations or mass media.
• Familiar with social media and AI tools.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling media and community enquiry and request.
• Assist in arranging media and community communication programme including press release, press briefing and interview, community visit and gathering.
• Assist in monitoring and recording media coverage and feedback on HA and public hospital services.
• Perform and execute other corporate communication duties.

Pay: HK$34,705 to HK$67,526 per month (including Monthly Allowance)

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
