Job summary

Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Communications Officer to coordinate and implement plans that engage internal and external audiences and strengthen CHP brand reputation.

The role supports company-wide communications strategies through local activations, channels, content, and events. In this position you will craft internal newsletters and announcements, prepare press releases, and manage social media and digital tools to tell CHP's story across platforms.

Qualifications

Job description

The Corporate Communications Officer will be responsible for coordination and implementation of communications plans and activities that engage key internal and external audiences with the goal of strengthening CHP brand reputation. The role will support the efficient and effective implementation of company-wide communications strategies through local activations, channels, content and events.

II. Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications

Responsible for supporting the strategic coordination and execution of internal communications programs to inform and engage employees in a timely and organized manner. This includes the creation and dissemination of:

• Specialized campaigns
• Internal newsletters
• Announcements, artworks
• Videos and digital tools
• Event management

External Communications

Responsible for preparing press releases and other communication and information materials for external audiences, including but not limited to company website, social media platforms and other media channels.

• Proficient in business and feature writing.
• Experience in content development, including press releases, newsletters, graphics, advertisements, videos and photos for use in internal and external traditional and digital channels.
• Experience in internal communications/employee communications, campaign development and implementation, activations.
• Experience in social media and comfortable in using digital collaboration tools.
• Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism.
