Job summary

Position Overview:

ThePS Engineeris responsible forleading and deliveringclient’sCloud Security Platform implementations across the ANZ and SEA regions, combining hands-on technical consulting with end-to-end project management to guide customers from pilot through full production. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, strong regional and cross-border compliance awareness, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements while meeting key delivery milestones and service commitments.

RoleRequirements:

• Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks relevant to the region, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APPs), New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, Singapore PDPA, Philippines Data Privacy Act, and equivalent data protection regulations across other SEA markets, as well as general frameworks such as GDPR, PCI, and PII where customers operate cross-border.


• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects across a diverse range of customer profiles spanning ANZ and SEA markets, including multi-country and multi-language project coordination whererequired.


• Support the piloting of the “hyper-care” support program across the region — owning hyper-care execution and helping design and implement new processes.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables.


• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.


• Work closely with Sales, Support, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met.


• Perform deployment, configuration, and integration activities for the Netskope Cloud Security Platform (e.g., SWG, CASB, DLP, NPA/ZTNA), including policy creation, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting, to accelerate the customer's journey from pilot to full production.


• Provide direct, hands-on technical consulting to customer technical teams during implementation and testing, coordinating withadditionalProfessional Services Engineers on larger or multi-resource engagements.


• Create andmaintaincustomer-facing technical documentation and knowledge base content based on Netskope best practices and each customer's specific configuration.


• Help enable customer teams to become familiar with Netskope features and self-sufficient in day-to-day operations.


• Using the established Clean Order Process, coordinate activities (orders and queries) to ensure completion within SLAs, providing clear direction and escalating where necessary.


• Conduct implementation activities to ensure work order deliverables and timelines are met, particularly TTL (Time to Live of 90 days).


• Ensure agreed timeframes and milestones are met, particularly TTFC (Time to First Customer Contact) and TTFTS (Time to First Technical Session) — personally conducting technical sessions, configuration, and policy deployment where a dedicated PSE resource is not separately engaged — scheduling and escalating with awareness of time zones across the region (AEST/AEDT, NZST, SGT, ICT, PHT, MYT, etc.).


• Communicate, liaise, and elevate within Netskope as needed to ensure successful project completion, includingtimelyhandoff to broader APAC/global teams outside regional business hours whererequired.


• Act independently todeterminemethods and procedures on new or special assignments.


• Provide strategic input and collaboration with the Customer Experience Organization.


• Ensure project completion and customer survey response.


• Manage projects delivered with Netskope Partners across the ANZ and SEA regions.
