Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manpower or service-oriented company.
• Experience in volume hiring and project-based recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsing candidates.
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment to build a candidate pool.
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for project-based and urgent needs.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates against job qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews and selection.
• Ensure proper documentation and background checking of applicants.
• Facilitate pre-employment requirements and onboarding of hires.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with project sites and manage deployment status.
• Communicate with project managers to understand manpower needs and specs.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure records compliance.
