Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is hiring a Provincial Field Sales Representative for the La Union – San Fernando and surrounding areas. The role focuses on visiting clients, building strong relationships, and selling packaging solutions products across Laguna, North Davao, and Central Davao territories.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work in the field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willing to do field work within Laguna Province, North Davao & Central Davao.
• Can start immediately (preferred).

Package may range up to ₱24,000–₱25,000 including food and transportation allowance, incentives, and commission
