Qualificações

• Experience in Provider Network Management (PNM) across roster, credentialing, or PDM.
• Leading or supporting PNM transformation projects or tool implementations (e.g., Symplr).
• Familiarity with Symplr DIU or similar data intake tools.
• Ability to spot gaps and drive automation opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day provider roster processing and monitor data intake through Symplr DIU.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for Symplr future-state data readiness and transformation.
• Identify and drive automation across provider onboarding, data validation, and credentialing workflows.
• Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to streamline roster lifecycle workflows.
• Support governance and quality control across roster submissions and intake processes.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination across Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting teams.
