You will keep daily roster activity running smoothly while shaping a more automated and governed approach across provider data and credentialing operations.

Qualifikationen

• Solid background in Provider Network Management with hands-on work in roster management, credentialing, or provider data management.
• Experience leading a PNM transformation, system rollout, or tool implementation.
• Working knowledge of Symplr DIU or a comparable data intake/import tool.

• Serve as operations liaison for preparing provider data for the next Symplr phase.
• Identify gaps, drive improvements and automation in onboarding, data validation, and credentialing.

We are looking for a Provider Data Management Lead to guide how healthcare provider roster information is received, checked, and loaded, and to help teams get more value from Symplr's Dynamic Import Utility (DIU). You will keep daily roster activity running smoothly while shaping a more automated and better governed way of working across provider data and credentialing operations.

What You Will Do

• Keep an eye on daily provider roster processing and the flow of incoming data through Symplr DIU
• Serve as the go to person on the operations side for getting provider data ready for the next phase of Symplr adoption
• Spot repeat issues and manual steps in provider onboarding, data validation, and credentialing, then propose and drive improvements and automation
• Partner with IT and business teams to make the roster lifecycle simpler and faster
• Help maintain quality checks and clear standards for how rosters are submitted and received
• Keep the Credentialing, Contracting, and data management teams aligned on shared priorities
• Track and report on performance against turnaround targets

What You Bring

• Solid background in Provider Network Management, with hands on work in roster management, credentialing, or provider data management
• Experience supporting or leading a PNM transformation, system rollout, or tool implementation
• Working knowledge of Symplr DIU or a comparable data intake or import tool
• A process minded approach, with a knack for finding gaps and turning them into practical improvements
• Comfort managing day to day operations and reporting in a deadline driven environment
