Accenture is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support provider roster management across current-state and Symplr platforms in the Philippines. This role involves data intake, processing, validation, and automation to ensure accurate provider lifecycle workflows.

You will handle day-to-day roster management, optimize workflows, automate repetitive data tasks with Excel and SQL, and collaborate with Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting teams across time zones.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to support provider roster management operations across both current-state and future-state platforms (Symplr). This role involves data intake, processing, validation, and automation to ensure efficient provider lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time support for day-to-day roster management and data processing.
• Maintain and optimize provider roster workflows for both existing systems and Symplr (future-state).
• Automate repetitive data validation and intake processes using Excel and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting.
• Track data issues, log discrepancies, and work toward continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros).
• SQL scripting ability for querying, validating, and transforming roster data.
• Understanding of Provider Network Management operations and lifecycle workflows.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and data cleansing skills.
• Comfortable working independently and across time zones.
