Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits.
• Driver's license advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and face-to-face meetings to discuss partnership opportunities and provider concerns.
• Prepare, process, and monitor MOAs and other accreditation documents.
• Follow up on accreditation requirements and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding provider concerns, contract processing, and implementation.
• Maintain accurate provider records and update accreditation status.
• Prepare regular accomplishment, productivity, and status reports.
• Respond promptly and professionally to provider inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Assist in identifying and recruiting new healthcare providers to expand the company's nationwide network.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
