Job summary

Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc. is seeking a provider claims support specialist to drive process improvements in the providers and TPA space. The role requires hospital billing experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to present data to a global audience.

You will ensure accurate responses, maintain SLAs, and help optimize the provider experience through ongoing improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and team-oriented, proactive work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–2 years hospital billing experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Provider Claims queries and ensure excellent service quality.
• Adhere to internal procedures, client agreements, and regulatory standards.
• Own queries from start to finish and minimize rework.
• Provide clear, professional responses and transfer information as needed.
• Escalate complex invoices and investigate discrepancies.
• Document and categorize all queries in Salesforce.
• Support the Provider Services Department and team targets.
• Handle ad hoc duties as required.
