Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking a Claims Administrator to record medical claims for clients worldwide and ensure a high level of customer service within SLA. The role operates in a fast-paced environment, with initial onsite work in Makati for the first few months.

You will handle data entry, prepare and register claims, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure efficient responses and timely settlements while maintaining accurate filing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Administration experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Amenable to work on client-specific schedule and holidays.
• Can work onsite in Makati for the first few months of tenure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scan and register incoming claims to meet daily targets.
• Data entry of incoming claims to optimize adjudication and SLA.
• Collate and post claims letters to notify claim settlements.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient, professional responses.
• Support Global Offices with administrative duties.
• Maintain filing records for quick retrieval.
• Resend unsuccessful emails and inform customers of status.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
