Job summary

InLife Benefits is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to manage client details and billing schedules. Responsibilities include preparing premium billing in the Assistance System (MAS) and ensuring comprehensive client service.

The role requires a college degree in a business-related course and at least one year of relevant work experience. This position offers a hybrid work model, with three days onsite and two days of remote work per week.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience.
• Billing and/or Collection related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up client details and benefit schedule in MAS for new and renewed accounts.
• Uploading of member records in Assistance System (MAS).
• Prepares initial/renewal premium billing in MAS.
• Prepares supplemental premium billing in MAS.
• Prepares billing for ASO/TPA.
• Prepares billing for Non-Premiums (Retainers fee and Network fees, Dental fees, if necessary).
• Client service and reconciliation.
• Undertakes all other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time.
