Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and customize proposal documents for corporate and SME clients based on client-specific requirements.
• Ensure proposals comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal templates.
• Maintain and update proposal templates regularly.
• Track and manage proposal versions and records for audit and performance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements in proposal workflows and systems.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and adherence to SLA timelines.
