Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an assertive Proposal Maker to prepare, review, and finalize business proposals aligned with client requirements and organizational standards. You will collaborate with Corporate Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Proposal Supervisors to deliver audit-ready, client-focused proposals that meet SLAs.

The role demands strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage proposals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and customize proposal documents for corporate and SME clients based on client-specific requirements.
• Ensure proposals comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal templates.
• Maintain and update proposal templates regularly.
• Track proposal versions and records for audit and performance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements in proposal-making workflows and systems.
• Assist in documentation of standard processes and best practices related to proposal preparation.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and adherence to SLA timelines.
• Must possess strong written communication skills to ensure proposals are clear, professional and aligned with client expectations.
• Must have effective verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable communicating updates, delays or clarifications to internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
