Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and customize proposal documents for corporate and SME clients based on client-specific requirements.
• Ensure proposals are compliant with company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal templates.
• Maintain and update proposal templates regularly.
• Track and manage proposal versions and records for audit and performance tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements in proposal-making workflows and systems.
• Assist in documentation of standard processes and best practices related to proposal preparation.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals and adherence to SLA timelines.
