Job summary

Colliers International Philippines, Inc is seeking a skilled Valuation Associate to support the Valuation team in preparing reports, inspecting properties, and conducting market research. You will gather market data, develop value indications, and present conclusions to clients.

This role requires a licensed Real Estate Appraiser or Registered Mechanical Engineer, at least five years' experience, and strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills; on-site field work and collaboration with colleagues across

• Graduate degree in engineering, real estate, or finance-related field.
• Minimum five years of industry experience.
• Licensed Real Estate Appraiser or Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• Proficiency in income approaches to valuation is an advantage.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker and/or licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare valuation reports including property inspections, market data gathering, and analysis.
• Conduct on-site and desktop market research.

• Organize and maintain internal databases for valuation purposes.

Job Description

• Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients, which include:
  • Physical inspection of the property subject to valuation
  • On-site market research, and desktop research
  • Preparing market data, and conducting analysis to come up with value indications
  • Writing valuation reports
  • Discussing and presenting the valuation process and the value conclusion to clients, and other interested parties
• Gather information on real estate listings and transactions
• Organize and maintain databases for internal use
• Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research when needed, including regular field work
• Respond to queries of valuers and clients regarding the listings and transactions

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Real Estate Management, or business (Finance, Management) courses
• At least five (5) years of industry experience is required
• Must be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Proficiency in income approaches to valuation is an advantage
• Licensed Real Estate Broker and/or licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
