Role Description

The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for promoting and selling Ortigas Land’s residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include engaging prospective clients, conducting property tours, explaining project features and investment benefits, and providing accurate information on pricing, terms, and availability. The role involves managing leads, maintaining client relationships, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. The Property Specialist also monitors market trends, participates in sales events and property roadshows, and supports marketing initiatives to meet individual and team sales targets.
