Job summary

SMDC is seeking a Property Specialist in Pasay to drive sales, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves direct customer engagement, presenting property information, and negotiating deals.

You will identify new prospects, nurture existing clients, and provide timely sales reports to the Sales Director while staying informed about market conditions and competitive products to meet monthly goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in college completed.
• Experience in Real Estate or Sales in other industry is not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
