Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with active Philippine license.
• Minimum 2 years in property management, preferably in condo/residential buildings.
• Experience in conducting and supervising preventive maintenance of building systems.
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

About the role

About you

• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Sanitary (MEFPS) systems is an advantage

• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
