Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with active Philippine license.
• Minimum 2 years in property management, preferably in condo/residential buildings.
• Experience in conducting and supervising preventive maintenance of building systems.
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of the building and its engineering systems during the assigned shift.
• Implement and supervise the preventive maintenance schedule performed by technicians.
• Coordinate, assist, supervise, and orient contractors performing engineering works within the building premises.
• Ensure that all engineering operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Respond promptly to building concerns and emergencies during the assigned shift.
• Prepare and submit necessary engineering and maintenance reports.
