Possible shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:20 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:20 PM, or 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Probationary / Regular Employment
Lead the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building facilities and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections and monitor the performance, uptime, and condition of building equipment and systems.
Supervise and evaluate multi-skilled technicians and coordinate third-party contractors for repair, maintenance, and technical works.
Oversee engineering concerns, including tenant fit-outs, minor construction and renovation works, equipment testing and commissioning, and technical inspections.
Ensure proper maintenance of fire protection and life safety systems, including fire pumps, jockey pumps, and fire alarm systems.
Assist in regulatory compliance, permit renewals, safety programs, emergency drills, and required environmental reports.
Monitor engineering supplies, equipment records, utility consumption, and maintenance reports while supporting budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineer
Licensed Engineer
At least 3-5 years of experience in property management, building facilities, engineering, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, preventive maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Experience in supervising technicians and managing third-party contractors.
Knowledge of building safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance.
Good customer service, communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week.
