Job summary

The VITO Group is seeking a Chief Engineer to manage day-to-day operations at our on-site location in San Juan City. The role requires a licensed electrical or mechanical engineer, with three or more years in supervision, preferably in property management and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day property operations and maintenance to ensure service quality.
• Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance and coordination with third-party providers.
• Monitor tenant concerns and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with building policies, safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor expenses, coordinate vendors, and suggest improvements.

Work Arrangement: On-site

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.

Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, or experience as an Assistant

Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer, preferably in property management, building operations, and equipment maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervises the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Oversees housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other property support services, including coordination with third-party providers.

Monitors tenant concerns, service requests, repairs, and property-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Ensures compliance with building policies, safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

Prepares operational reports, monitors expenses, coordinates vendors, and recommends improvements to property management.
