Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills are essential for effective community and authority engagement. The position requires a 4-year degree and background in security or related fields; experience with property security and contractor management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least four years’ work experience in property/estate security, peacekeeping and/or conflict resolution.
• Certified Security Professional is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflict/issues involving communities and local authorities.
• Proficient in using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the security requirements for the company and affiliates.
• Secures and maintains the integrity of real property assets.
• Conducts ocular inspections and risk assessments; develops mitigation strategies.
• Prepares an annual schedule of ocular inspections and asset reports.
• Handles eviction of illegal settlers/occupants and supports litigation as needed.
• Coordinates with Security Supervisor/Manager to align with policies.
• Establishes relationships with local law enforcement and government agencies.
• Oversees security of personnel and guests during site visits.
• Evaluates Security Service Providers and guards deployed.
• Investigates security incidents and recommends preventive actions.
• Reviews and updates deployment plans; prepares guards' term sheets and contracts.
• Processes payments for security services.
