San Miguel Properties, Inc. (SMPI) seeks a Security Manager to oversee security for the company and its affiliates within the area of responsibility in Metro Manila.

You will supervise security requirements, protect real property assets, and coordinate with the Security Supervisor/Manager and local authorities. Qualifications include a 4-year degree, at least four years in property security, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least four years’ work experience in property/estate security.
• Certified Security Professional is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts with communities and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the security requirements of the company and its affiliates.
• Secures and maintains the integrity of the real property assets.
• Conducts ocular inspections and risk assessments to identify threats and mitigate risks.
• Prepares annual inspection schedules and asset inspection reports.
• Prepares status reports with action plans and timelines for pending issues.
• Coordinates with Security Supervisor/Manager and local law enforcement.
• Oversees security of personnel and guests during site visits.
• Prepares term sheets and contracts for deployment of security guards.
• Evaluates and processes payment for security services.
