Qualifications

• Supervise, motivate, and train security personnel of the organization.
• Evaluate and review installation of security surveillance equipment and recommend improvements.
• Report all infractions to the Security Manager and HRD.
• Prepare and submit daily security reports to the Sr. Loss Prevention Manager and Security Manager.
• Develop and implement safety programs for personnel, equipment, and property.
• Coordinate evacuations and oversee fire safety readiness across facilities.
• Identify threats and recommend actions to prevent losses and injuries.
