Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Operations & Vendor Management leader to oversee in-house security and cleaning teams, manage outsourcing, and drive performance through SLAs and KPIs. The role includes budgeting, cost control, and risk management for a Grade A office environment.

You will lead tender processes, negotiate contracts, and implement governance and SOPs to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance. Experience with large-scale facilities is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management or related field required.
• 3+ years’ experience in commercial property management or similar.
• Experience with Grade A office buildings preferred.
• Proven track record in budgeting, financial analysis and cost management.
• Experience managing security, cleaning and maintenance providers.
• Experience setting up or transforming security/cleaning functions advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house security and cleaning team.
• Manage outsourced building services, SLAs, KPIs and scorecards.
• Conduct performance reviews and ensure contractor value and quality.
• Lead tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across all service providers.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs and governance.
