seeks a Property Management Associate III to oversee property operations, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, support project turnover, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards. You will independently manage day-to-day operations, monitor contractor performance, and mentor team members while aligning with project timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PRC Professional License is required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to meet scope, schedules, and service levels.
• Provide direction to assigned personnel and monitor task completion.
• Coordinate property turnover/conveyance from project teams to PM and homeowners.
• Provide technical assistance on facilities, maintenance, safety, and site concerns.
• Conduct inspections to verify quality and address defects or non-conformities.
