Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking candidates for a role supporting construction and property management turnover processes. The position focuses on inspecting units, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating pre-turnover activities to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail in dress-up works, unit setup, and thorough turnover checks, with aims to deliver ready-to-turnover units and clear client documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering; preferably without licensed
• At least one year of relevant experience in construction or property management
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Has strong understanding of construction processes and finishing standards
• Preferably within Metro Manila

Responsibilities

• Inspects assigned units to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and full functionality prior to client turnover.
• Ensures all units comply with company quality standards and turnover requirements.
• Oversees dress-up works and unit setup to align with both company specifications and client expectations.
• Conducts thorough pre-turnover checks to identify and resolve any deficiencies
• Facilitates the client’s acceptance of their unit and provide relevant orientation or documentation.
• Addresses client concerns during the turnover process and coordinate the timely resolution of punch list items.
• Updates unit status in project monitoring tools and communicate progress with relevant team members.
• Prepares and submits reports on turnover activities, punch list resolutions, and unit readiness.
