Job summary

ALSONS DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a Licensed Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with at least 6 years in land development operations, including vertical construction, property administration and maintenance.

Experience in mall operations or commercial property management is preferred; driving skills and a valid license are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic computer applications, plus strong leadership and customer service abilities, are expected.

Qualifications
