Job summary

LIVRA PROPERTY CORP. in Cebu City is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to handle basic electrical works, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple properties. The role includes air-conditioning maintenance, plumbing checks, wall repairs, painting, and light carpentry.

You will respond to tenants’ maintenance requests, transport tools between sites, and coordinate with tenants and management. Occasional marketing support for rental units may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical works is required.
• Experience in interior finishing and renovation works (painting, carpentry) is required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and utility maintenance.
• Experience in air-conditioning installation/servicing, plumbing, or property maintenance is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle is an advantage.
• Able to perform hands-on, physically demanding tasks.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious, dependable, and responsible.
• Basic computer skills and good tenants/team communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic interior electrical wiring, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with air-conditioning installation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Inspect electrical, plumbing, and other utility systems.
• Respond to tenants’ maintenance requests and carry out minor repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, painting, interior finishing, and minor renovation works.
• Carry out light carpentry works, install and repair interior fixtures.
• Install shelves and storage units and assemble simple furniture.
• Transport tools and materials between properties or job sites as required.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate with tenants and report maintenance progress to management.
• Provide occasional support in marketing available rental units, as needed.
• Perform other related duties reasonably assigned by management.

About the role

This role is responsible for general property maintenance, with a focus on basic electrical works, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Duties also include assisting with air-conditioning maintenance, inspecting plumbing and other utility systems, responding to tenants’ maintenance requests, and carrying out wall repairs, painting, interior finishing, minor renovation, and light carpentry works.

The role may also involve transporting tools and materials between properties or job sites, coordinating with tenants, providing occasional support in marketing available rental units, and reporting maintenance issues and work progress to management.
