Job summary

Red Coconut Hotel Group seeks an experienced Property & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repairs and improvements across three boutique hotels (about 120 rooms) and a small commercial arcade in Boracay.

The role requires a strong technical and construction background, supervising maintenance teams and contractors, and handling day-to-day property matters to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities or property management.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil works, plumbing, electrical systems, air-conditioning, waterproofing and general building maintenance.
• Proven experience supervising maintenance personnel, contractors and renovation works.
• Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities across the three hotels and commercial arcade.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, repairs and corrective works.
• Supervise contractors and construction teams involved in renovations, refurbishments and property improvements.
• Review contractor quotations, monitor material usage, control costs and verify workmanship.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance priorities.
• Coordinate with Hotel Managers to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Handle day-to-day tenant relations, common-area maintenance and property-related matters at the commercial arcade.
• Maintain simple maintenance schedules, project trackers and progress reports.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Property amp; Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair works and property improvements of three boutique hotels (approximately 120 rooms) and a small commercial arcade in Boracay.The position requires someone with a strong technical and construction background, capable of supervising maintenance teams, coordinating contractors, overseeing renovation works and handling day-to-day property matters.

• Supervise contractors and construction teams involved in renovations, refurbishments and property improvements.
