Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Makati is seeking a Property Engineer to oversee day-to-day facilities management across multiple office locations. You will coordinate with occupants, landlords, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient services.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (licensed engineer is a plus) and at least 1 year in related facilities or property management fields, with on-site work in Makati. Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Operations, Workplace Services, Construction, Technical Services, or related fields.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati, on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track facility work orders, service requests, incidents, and maintenance tickets from receipt through closure.
• Ensure all facility activities are recorded in CAFM/CMMS and related systems.
• Monitor SLAs and elevate overdue requests or service issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and workplace systems.
• Coordinate service providers including housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, maintenance contractors, and specialty vendors.
• Maintain facility permits, inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related concerns and workplace support needs.
• Maintain inventory of facility supplies and support budget tracking.
