Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Property Engineer/Facilities Engineer to support building operations in Mabalacat, Pampanga. You will perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds, under limited supervision.

You will monitor system performance, supervise outside contractors, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer (Required).
• 2–3 years' work experience as a Property Engineer/Facilities Engineer.
• Willing to be assigned at Mabalacat, Pampanga.
• Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Complies with codes, regulations and safety directives for building operations.
• Inspects and monitors building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Oversees work by outside contractors (landscaping, HVAC, cleaning, remodeling).
• Performs repairs, preventive maintenance and emergency tasks as assigned.
• Maintains maintenance records and material estimates for tasks.
• Manages energy usage to keep operating costs at a minimum.
• Maintains building lighting systems and performs related repairs.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and coordinates assistance as needed.

Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities

• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
• Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
• Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
• Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
• Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
• Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• At least 2 to 3 years' work experience as a Property Engineer/ Facilities Engineer.
