Job summary

Ezy Service Centre Corporation is seeking a proactive Property Development, Design & Marketing Coordinator to support Australian property development and mortgage broking projects. You will assist with development coordination, design workflow, marketing collateral and social media tasks while liaising with consultants, councils and contractors.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Property, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Experience supporting Australian, US, New Zealand development projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Project administration and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design & documentation support, review plans and coordinate revisions.
• Track development projects from planning through construction and manage approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors and other consultants; monitor external deliverables.
• Maintain organized project files, prepare reports and update milestones.
• Create marketing materials; assist with social content and project summaries.
