DMCI Homes by TeamJD is seeking dynamic individuals to become Advertising Partners and Property Consultants. You will create content to attract clients, build your own brand, and lead campaigns that reflect your style and creativity.

Earn commissions and gain strong marketing support while guiding clients in smart property investments. With 3–5 years in sales/marketing and a Bachelor’s degree, you’ll thrive on social media presence and client relationships, supported by a robust training program

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• 3–5 years of work experience in sales/marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• Confident, driven, and results-oriented with digital branding ability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder (any field)
• With 3-5 years work experience (sales/marketing is an advantage)
• Strong communication and people skills

• Has personality, presence, and willingness to build a personal brand online

Skills That Give You an Edge (Not Required):

• Video editing using CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ads
• Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging content
