Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in property administration, real estate, or regulatory processing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to monitor multiple properties and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain property-related permits, licenses, registrations, certifications, and other compliance documents.
• Monitor the validity and expiration dates of property permits, licenses, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, zoning, building and safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with government agencies, property owners, landlords, tenants, contractors, and others on compliance.
• Conduct regular monitoring and inspection of properties to identify compliance gaps or violations.
• Maintain accurate records of property documents, permits, inspections, and compliance status.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, applications, and renewal requirements within deadlines.
• Track pending applications, renewals, corrective actions, and other compliance activities.
• Identify missing or incomplete documents and coordinate with departments for resolution.
• Monitor compliance with lease agreements, property contracts, and related obligations.
