Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Property Accountant in Pasay City for an on-site night shift role. The position focuses on IFRS 16 lease accounting, maintaining LeaseQuery, and ERP integrations to ensure accurate monthly rent amortization and journal entries.

You will reconcile lease liabilities and support audits and tax reporting. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience in lease accounting or general accounting, with strong IFRS 16 knowledge and ERP proficiency (Oracle/SAP/NetSuite).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in general accounting or dedicated lease accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 (or US GAAP) as it relates to lease accounting and ROU.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret leases to ensure accurate accounting under IFRS 16.
• Maintain LeaseQuery and manage ERP integrations.
• Prepare and post monthly rent amortization, accruals, and ROU entries.
• Reconcile lease liabilities subledger and GL accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close, audits, and tax reporting.
