Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Property Accountant for onsite night shift at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City. You will review leases under IFRS 16, maintain LeaseQuery, and handle journal entries for rent amortization and ROU assets. Expect close collaboration with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in general or lease accounting, strong IFRS 16/US GAAP knowledge, and adeptness with reconciliations and audits. A competitive package accompanies your role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years in general accounting or lease accounting, preferably multi-regional/multi-currency.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 (or US GAAP) as it relates to lease accounting and Right-of-Use (ROU) accounting.
• Hands-on experience with LeaseQuery and enterprise ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Proven ability to perform account reconciliations, manage month-end close schedules, and prepare audit footnote disclosures on time.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret complex commercial real estate and equipment leases to ensure IFRS 16 compliance.
• Maintain the lease accounting software (LeaseQuery) and manage ERP integrations.
• Prepare and post monthly rent amortization, accruals, and ROU asset/liability journal entries.
• Reconcile lease liabilities subledger, general ledger, and lease expense accounts.
• Support month-end close, year-end close, external audits, and tax/insurance reporting with detailed lease data.
