Pricewide Inc in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support clerical tasks, wage computations, and agency coordination. You will prepare contract documents and ensure accurate costing for deployments.

This role requires field work readiness, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and solid computer literacy to stay in step with market rates and internal contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of BS Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering related courses
• Willing to do field works
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Must be computer literate

Aufgaben

• Do clerical, bookkeeping, and coordination with agencies.
• Do contract documents for agencies.
• Computation of new wages and contract costing for agencies.
• Checking with the current market if our rates are always corrected up to date.
• Conduct coordination meeting or directly coordinate with agencies regarding contracts and deployment concerns.
• Assist in Monitoring deployment of agency employees in the assigned mall/branch in accordance to the contract/request.
• Performs billing transactions
• Checks and handles monthly preventive maintenance of contractors and agencies.
