Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a capable engineer to manage projects from bidding to contract administration and monitor progress against plans.

You will review contracts, ensure deliverables meet milestones, identify risks, and coordinate material purchases in alignment with owner requirements. A BS in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in one of the specified fields.
• Minimum 3 years in project/construction management.
• Knowledge of bidding and contract preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project/construction management (Bidding and Contract preparation).
• Project analysis.
• Purchase of owner's supplied material for the project.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables align with approved plans.
• Identify issues, delays, risks and implement corrective actions.
• Review, administer, and monitor contracts, purchase orders, agreements, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and milestones.
