Job summary

NTT DATA Payment Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Project Team Head who will provide strategic leadership across New Business, Project Management, and Quality Assurance functions.

The role ensures successful onboarding of new clients, merchants, and partners while guiding delivery of key project initiatives. You will define governance, oversee multi-team delivery, manage resources and budgets, monitor risks and performance, and present status and recommendations to executive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT project delivery.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing multiple project teams.
• Experience in payments/fintech, banking, or enterprise systems is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL are an advantage.

• Proven experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously.

• Experience in payments, financial technology, banking, or enterprise systems is preferred.

• Experienced IT leader with strong skills in project and portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, financial and vendor management, risk management, and team leadership. Relevant PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certification is an advantage.
