Job summary

NTT DATA Payment Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Project Team Head who will provide strategic leadership across New Business, Project Management, and Quality Assurance functions.

The role ensures successful onboarding of new clients, merchants, and partners while guiding delivery of key project initiatives. You will define governance, oversee multi-team delivery, manage resources and budgets, monitor risks and performance, and present status and recommendations to executive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT project delivery.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience managing multiple project teams.
• Experience in payments/fintech, banking, or enterprise systems is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Project Team organization.
• Define project governance, methodologies, and delivery standards.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation of new clients, merchants, and partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage resource planning and workforce allocation across teams.
• Act as escalation point for critical client and project issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project portfolio health and team performance metrics.
• Present project status, risks, and recommendations to executive management.
• Build strong relationships with business units, customers, and stakeholders.
