Job summary

Qualifications
- BS Architecture graduate with 2–6 years supervisory experience.
- Experience in project management with staff supervision.
- Knowledge of MS Applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of EHS in construction.
- Ability to interpret structural plans and specs.
- Drafting and scheduling software basics.
- Licensed Architect.
- Laguna residents preferred.
- Available to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily task management and site direction.
- Ensure work quality at task level.
- Forecast short-term planning and resources.
- Supervise safe execution of tasks.
- Document work activity logs and onsite conditions.
