INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS, INC. is now hiring for Project Supervisor to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Project Department.
- Oversee the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs.
- Review and coordinate the preparation of drawings and design documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of material estimations and cost projections.
- Supervise bid plan preparation and assist in tendering and proposal submissions.
- Ensure timely preparation of all project requirements, documentation, and deliverables.
- Monitor project status, track progress, and address delays or issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and motor pool) and external stakeholders.
- Provide planning support and assist in the execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Enforce compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.
- Perform other duties as required to support project and departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and licensed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, or a similar role, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in handling project planning, design coordination, and execution.
- Strong understanding of material estimation, bid preparation, and project documentation.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- With Driver's License and know how to drive.
- Willing to travel nationwide (site inspection)
