Job summary

Industrial Controls Systems, Inc. (ICON) is seeking a Project Engineer - Estimator to join our team in Metro Manila.

This role focuses on estimating project costs, coordinating with design and procurement, and ensuring timely delivery of engineering projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation and Controls Engineering, a Philippine PRC license, and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation and Controls Engineering is required.
• PRC License (No need for Non-boards Course)
• At least 1 year related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with cost structures, along with the ability to estimate and track expenses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, etc.) to align on project timelines and objectives.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of engineering processes, project lifecycle, and standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control procedures to meet industry standards and client.
• Provide regular project updates, resolve any issues, ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledgeable on preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets proposals based on project plans and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement materials, tools, and safety paraphernalia.
• Can generate Gantt Chart and Methodology for future project.
