Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking an IT Developer Specialist to lead end-to-end IT projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. The role collaborates with business units to design scalable solutions and ensure secure IT operations.

The successful candidate will implement technology enhancements, provide technical support, and drive process automation to improve efficiency and data integrity. Onsite work in Quezon City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS/IS/CE or related field.
• Experience in system implementation, application support, infrastructure, or IT project management is preferred.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, networking concepts, and system integrations.
• Understanding of project management methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Can work fully onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.

Job Objectives

The IT Developer Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Information Technology systems and infrastructure within the approved project timeline.

The role will work closely with business units and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design system solutions, implement technology enhancements, provide technical support, and ensure efficient and secure IT operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, system performance, data integrity, and overall business productivity.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Analysis

1. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from internal stakeholders.




2. Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.




3. Develop project timelines, implementation plans, and project milestones.




4. Coordinate with department heads and vendors regarding project requirements and deliverables.

System Development and Administration

1. Design, develop, configure, and maintain business applications and IT systems.




2. Create workflows, user access controls, and system configurations.




3. Monitor system performance and implement improvements when necessary.




4. Ensure system functionality aligns with company policies and operational requirements.

Infrastructure and Technical Support

1. Manage and support company hardware, software, network, and related IT resources.




2. Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT equipment.




3. Resolve system issues and provide timely technical assistance to users.




4. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.

System Implementation and Testing

1. Lead implementation and deployment of IT projects and system enhancements.




2. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, validation, and issue resolution.




3. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.




4. Ensure system readiness before production launch.

Data Security and Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with Data Privacy regulations and internal IT security policies.




2. Implement access controls and security measures to protect company information.




3. Monitor data integrity, system availability, and backup processes.




4. Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

Documentation and Training

1. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and operational procedures.




2. Conduct system orientation and user training sessions.




3. Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer.

Requirements of the Role
