Job summary

EOSHMA GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLIES CORPORATION is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to supervise civil and structural works for vertical construction projects in Albay. You will ensure activities align with schedules, budgets, and safety policies while coordinating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

The role requires licensure, extensive experience in high-rise construction, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage crews, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• Must have experience in mid- to high-rise building construction projects.
• At least 8 years of experience in vertical construction projects.
• Willing to be assigned to Albay, Bicol Region.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in applicable building codes, construction standards, and specifications.
• Must possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil and structural works for vertical construction projects.
• Ensure construction activities are completed according to the approved project schedule.
• Attend coordination meetings with client, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and coordinate manpower, material, and equipment requirements.
• Report project progress, site issues, and construction updates to the Site Project Manager.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements and company policies.
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site personnel for efficient execution.
• Identify construction defects and deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly construction progress reports.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and compliance with plans and standards.
• Coordinate with other project teams to resolve site-related issues and avoid delays.
